Where can I find my Order Number?
Your order number can be found in your Order History on your Invoice you received with your items, or on your confirmation email.
What can I return?
We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return) postmarked back to us within 30 days from original ship date. Donations are non-refundable.
There are no restocking fees when you return your item(s) (excluding return shipping cost). When returning your item, you may choose from these options:
- Store Credit - Make your next purchase easy!
- Refund - Eligible returns will receive a refund to your payment method
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
Please allow 30 days for orders to be postmarked back to www.leilanislove.com with no return/restocking fees. When returning, the return shipping charge will be taken out of the store credit or refund.
